How long does it actually take to get set up?

Most organisations are live the same day. Sign in with your company Google or Microsoft account, import your existing spreadsheet (Dozz matches your columns automatically), and start scanning. If you'd rather not do it yourself, our Guided Onboarding service configures your departments, users, and approval chains and walks your team through it live.

We're not technical. Is this hard to run day to day?

No installs, no passwords, no training manual required. Staff scan a QR code with their phone camera in a browser, and that's the entire interaction for 90% of use. Admin tasks (approvals, reports, purchase orders) are one-click actions, and the AI agent handles anything you'd normally need a menu to find.

Will my team actually use this, or will we drift back to spreadsheets?

The friction that kills adoption is usually setup, not daily use, so we removed it. There's no app to install, no password to forget, and the QR scan itself takes under 10 seconds. Is our data secure? Where is it hosted?

Every organisation gets a dedicated, fully isolated database. Your data is never pooled or co-mingled with any other account. Access requires a verified company domain through your own SSO provider (Google or Microsoft), so there are no passwords to leak. EU hosting is available for GDPR requirements. What if we need something the platform doesn't do out of the box?

Tell us. Every plan, not just Enterprise, can submit a custom feature or workflow request. If we approve it, we scope, build, and deploy it at no cost. You're not stuck waiting on a roadmap built for someone else's organisation.

What happens if we outgrow our plan, or under-use it?

We'll let you know before you hit your limit, with time to decide. Nothing is deleted or locked automatically. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime from your dashboard, and moving up takes effect immediately with your data untouched.

What happens to our data if we cancel?

You can export everything at any time. There's no lock-in by design. During the 30-day trial specifically: no card is ever requested, so there's nothing to be charged, and your data stays intact until you decide.

Do you integrate with our accounting/ITSM/existing tools?

Dozz is purpose-built for physical asset management, not a general ITSM tool adapted for assets. That's a deliberate choice, not a gap.
