The third-party service providers we use to deliver Dozz, and exactly what each one does with your data.
As referenced in our Privacy Policy, we use a small number of third-party service providers ("subprocessors") to operate Dozz. Each is bound by its own data protection terms, and none are given access to your data beyond what's strictly necessary to perform their specific function. We do not use any subprocessor for advertising, and none are permitted to use your data for any purpose other than providing their service to us.
| Provider | Purpose | What they process |
|---|---|---|
| European cloud infrastructure provider | Cloud hosting. EU-based data residency | All application data. The servers your workspace and database physically run on |
| Stripe, Inc. | Payment processing | Billing/card details for invoice payments. Dozz never receives or stores full card numbers |
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Bot/spam protection (Turnstile) on public forms | Technical signals used to distinguish humans from automated submissions. No advertising use |
| Transactional email provider | Delivering account, billing, and notification emails | Recipient email address and message content for emails Dozz sends on your behalf |
If we add or replace a subprocessor in a way that materially changes how your data is handled, we will update this page and, where required, notify active Organisations in advance.
For a formal Data Processing Agreement (DPA) or any subprocessor-related due diligence questions, contact us at [email protected].
